At this time, we are accepting at home bookings for small outdoor ONLY gatherings of 25 children or less and a maximum of 50 people in total. Indoor gatherings 5 Children and 10 people in total max. We are also providing by appointment only small group dates and makeovers along with our virtual bookings at present and in the near future for both Once Upon A Tea Party, LLC, and The Princess Manor.

     We wanted to inform you that we have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation regarding the COVID-19 virus and how the most recent mandates are affecting parties and events.  At this time, we will be offering limited outdoor at home visits, Mini Birthday Celebrations for a minimum of 4 kids and max of 8, appointment only makeovers, small group dates, and NEW Private Experiences. We are still offer our virtual LIVE face-to-face chats with any of our available Storybook characters, Princess or Superhero.

 

FOR ALL BOOKINGS CONFIRMED PRIOR TO April 25TH, 2020: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all birthday parties and or character visit will need to be rescheduled, we will be extending the rescheduling date allowance for up to 1 YEAR after the originally scheduled date (instead of 30 days, as per our usual policy), and waiving all rescheduling fees. As a reminder, deposit payments are non-refundable (Party package or character cannot be changed), but the deposit payment may be applied toward rescheduling your party/visit. For any parties/visit that needs to be rescheduled, we will be doing our absolute best to work with our performers' schedules and will prioritize finding you a new date on our calendar overtaking new bookings.

 

FOR ALL BOOKINGS AT PRESENT AND IN THE NEAR FUTURE: We are NOW accepting new bookings. For at-home visits to be held  with a limited amount of guests not to exceed a total of 50 people outdoor and 10 indoor in total.  Social distancing will be required during the visit as well as a face mask if 6 feet can not be accommodated. We highly recommend you book soon as the calendar is already filling up fast. please contact us for more information about this wonderful option. FOR ALL SPA SERVICES AT THE PRINCESS MANOR: We are currently accepting reservations.  We will only offer all spa services by appointment, allowing only one reservation at a time, for a private and controlled environment. We ask you to show up on time for your appointment as we can only fit a certain amount within the day to be able to sanitize before and after each visit.

PRIVATE EXPERIENCES AT THE PRINCESS MANOR: We have added a few NEW private experiences for groups of 2-4 children, The doors of The Princess Manor will open just for you, for 1 hour and 30 minutes of fun and magic, you can view the packages here

We ask for the safety of our performers & Fairy Godmothers In Training, if any of your guests have a significant cough, cold and particularly a fever and/or have recently traveled outside the US or have been exposed to someone potentially infected with the Coronavirus, please contact them and advise them to stay home. If you, or anyone in your home, have any significant symptoms please consider rescheduling the visit/party.

Upon arrival, we will check all guest temperature. IF you, your guest, or your child has a fever we will ask you to reschedule your visit. All guests are asked to wear a mask, as our staff will be wearing a mask for your safety and ours. During the duration of the makeover or tea party, your child will not be required to wear a mask. 

​

As always, we will only allow healthy performers and party hostesses aka Fairy Godmothers-in training to work. Our performers and party hostesses are instructed to wash hands between each party/event - and may have to take a short break to sanitize between interactions. Additionally, for at-home visits, we are asking guests to sanitize/wash their hands before our characters come to a party. 

 

After each visit at The princess Manor, we clean and sanitize everything, as we have always done, and will continue to do so.  We have, however, ramped up cleaning efforts, with a dedication to cleaning key areas throughout The Princess Manor.

Thank you so much for your immense kindness and understanding working with us at this time; this is an unprecedented occurrence, and we are doing our absolute best to keep you all updated as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring we can still honor important celebrations to the best of our abilities. We appreciate you all so very much and hope this time-frame/limitation will be as short as possible.
