The time has come that we are able to see your Princess' again. We can't wait!! When Once Upon A Tea Party, LLC & The Princess Manor first opened its doors, we did so with a mission to create a magical environment where your Princesses' dreams come true. Since then, we have always taken our responsibility to protect the well-being of your child. We have planned a guide on how we will provide to our guest and Fairy Godmothers In Training; guidelines so you can receive Once Upon A Tea Party, LLC & The Princess Manor experience the safest way possible. Our goal is to make sure we meet your expectations around safety and cleanliness.
We are fully dedicated to the safety and health of our loyal customers. Amid the ongoing crisis, we must adhere to new safety standards and get adjusted to the “New Normal.” When you enter our facility, or we visit you the following standards must be followed by all guests of all ages.

We will be limiting the number of people allowed inside at any time. Spa and Salon services will be by appointment ONLY. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment, you will be asked to wait outside until your appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to expedite services in order to prevent your reservation from overlapping the next, or you can reschedule the visit. 1 adult will be permitted to supervise the Spa or Salon reservation. Additional children or family members will not be allowed to stay. Please take this into consideration prior to booking and plan accordingly.

The number of people allowed per Party will also be limited. The maximum amount of participating children is 8 including the Birthday child. The supervising birthday child's parents will be permitted to stay indoors during the entire duration of the scheduled party. It is the Birthday parent's responsibility to make sure in advance that the parents of the children guests are okay with dropping their child off and picking them up at the end of the party. Weather permitting we will have a few tables and chairs outside for parents that are not comfortable leaving and will have the option to come in taking turns five minutes at a time to check on their child. At the end of the party, we will provide a birthday parade outside for all the outside parents to take pictures and pick up their child.

The number of people allowed per Party will also be limited. The maximum amount of 25 including all guests present. We ask the party to remain outdoors for the entire duration of the character visit. With social distancing in place. If the weather becomes a threat, please discuss alternate options at the time of booking with your Party Advisor.
Face Coverings

Due to the close contact required by the nature of our Spa and Salon services, all guests will be required to wear a face covering. If you forget one, you can purchase one from our boutique. Mouths and noses of all customers must be covered at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not have or want to buy a face covering.

We are currently offering outdoor character visits, with social distancing taking place as well as facial coverings. Our performers are all instructed if social distancing is not taking place and they feel they are not safe, they are able to wear a mask. Further instructions will be given upon arrival in regards to coronation and gift giving.

If you or any of your guests are feeling ill, please stay home and reschedule your appointment for a later date. The deposit will be used towards the new date with no rescheduling fees. If we notice any guest showing symptoms, we will have to refuse service to that guest.

All guest temperature will be checked upon arrival. If a guest has a temprature, that guest will be asked to leave. As the party parents, it is your responsibility to check in with each of your guest parents and confirm that they have not been infected with COVID-19 or near anyone who may have been infected.

If you or anyone from your household are feeling ill, please considering reschedule your visit for a later date. The deposit will be used towards the new date with no rescheduling fees. If we notice any guest showing symptoms, we will have to leave immediately.

*We are a small and private venue, a perfect option, unlike other venues.
*Our appointments are for you to privately enjoy; you will have the whole venue to yourself.

*Hand Sanitizer Station
*Paper Towels in the restroom
*Hands-free soap dispenser in the restroom
*Continue to clean and sanitize after each guest
*Continue to frequently clean used items and surfaces with disinfecting solutions after each visit and party.
*Air filter in Salon area
*UV light cleaning after each visit and or party
*Disposable foot bath covers for each Mini Pedi soak
*Disposable slippers for each guest to use during a Mini Pedi

Protocol
Employee Requirments That we have put into place are:
*All Empluee aka Fairy Godmother In Training (FGMIT) required to wear an individual blue, cute face mask.
*All FGMIT have their temperature taken before shift begins.
*Frequently wash hands, and use hand sanitizer between each guest interaction.
*Must avoid touching their face
*Must continue to frequently, thoroughly clean used items and surfaces with disinfecting solutions.
*Any FGMIT to stay home if they feel unwell and follow the advice of their medical provider.
