History
Once Upon A Time, long ago a Mom had a childhood love of fairytales and films and wanted to bring that joy into your child's life. Opening the castle doors in 2012. We do everything we can to create life-lasting memories for guests of all ages.
Once Upon A Tea Party, LLC was created by a Mom and Wife who loves planning children's parties. Who has over 19 years of Special Events training and experience and wants to bring Princess, Storybook, and Superhero experiences to you for your children to use their imagination and creativity. Once Upon A Tea Party is recognized as the most successful Princess company in the Hudson Valley, NY area with numerous awards, awarded by our loyal customers. Our reputation sets us apart, our attention to detail is unparalleled. Being a Mom has given Once Upon A Tea Party a unique way of looking at parties, we see it as you do from a Parents Perspective.
Since opening, I am happy and humbled to have had the opportunity to make magical memories for thousands of people all over The Hudson Valley and beyond. While we have room to grow, I promise to always value quality over quantity. I find that entertainment companies that grow too large lose the heart and no longer have the means to consistently provide specialized high-quality entertainment.

What To Expect
Imagine a day where your child can feel like the Princess she is! From the moment we walk in the door at your party or party venue location you are treated like Royalty. Once Upon A Tea Party, creates a magical environment that will sweep your daughter away as she is pampered and celebrated. Allowing parents to experience the party right along with their children. Instead of hosting, they too are able to live in the moment. Our Storybook Character Entertainers will dazzle and amaze you and your guests, as we take you on a journey of fun and make-belief.
It is our goal to put a smile on every child's face and ensure that all of your guests have a magical experience. We add the fairytale to any party or gathering. We bring the Princess, Storybook, and or Superhero experience to you, or you can enjoy the experience in our all-new Princess Party Venue, Salon and Spa called The Princess Manor.
